News Topical, Digital Desk : Ahan Panday, who rose to fame with his debut film, Saiyaara, will next be seen opposite Sharvari in Ali Abbas Zafar's upcoming action-romance film. He is currently undergoing a physical transformation for his upcoming role. Speaking in an interview, Ahan revealed that he underwent major shoulder surgery after the release of Saiyaara, a fact he had kept private until now.

What happened to Ahaan Pandey?

Ahaan Panday revealed that a snowmobile accident a few years ago left him with a subluxation in his shoulder, an injury that made it difficult for him to train properly and achieve his fitness goals, especially before an action film. He was determined to correct the problem, so he underwent surgery.

He said, ' I actually underwent a complete surgery after the release of Saiyaara last year and it is one of the most painful surgeries with the longest recovery time.'

The doctor gave this warning

Ahan revealed that doctors warned him that his body would "revert to zero," making it nearly impossible to build the physique required for his next film with Ali Abbas Zafar. However, he managed to prove everyone wrong.

He said, " I used to be inspired by actors who had amazing transformations in the gym. But it was usually from a certain unhealthy body type to a healthy one. This was a little different; I went from being injured, unable to move, unable to lift weights, and then finally being able to lift weights."

No one paid attention to Ahaan

Ahaan also revealed that he spent months in a cast while recovering from the surgery; however, no one noticed. He said, "I don't know how anyone noticed." The actor explained that some fans sensed something was wrong and asked his mother, Deanne Pandey, why he was losing so much weight. He said, "Since I'm not online much, they started asking him because he's into fitness and all that. They were asking why he was losing so much weight."

Ahan starred opposite Anit Padda in Saiyyara, released in July 2025. This musical romantic drama was a blockbuster at the box office. The film's story, acting, and songs captivated audiences.
