Sultanpur Encounter: Jeweller Bharat Ji Soni's shop in Thatheri Bazar of Sultanpur was robbed on 28th August. In this case, the criminal Anuj Pratap Singh, who had a reward of Rs. 1 lakh on his head, was killed in an encounter by the STF and UP Police. This is the second encounter in the robbery case, after which politics has intensified in the state. At the same time, a video of a police inspector is going viral in which he is seen warning the criminals.

Police inspector poet Dharamraj posted in Barabanki has shown his well-known poetic style. He said, 'Listen to us openly. If you commit murder, robbery and loot in UP, the police said that you will lose your life. You will regret it a lot, you will go straight to hell leaving your family crying. You can roam around in lungi, tahmad or tilak or cap but leave crime behind and stay in UP.'

He further said, 'Know that there is danger. If you commit a crime, there is no scope in UP. Then don't say that you didn't let us go.' It is being told that the accused Anuj and one of his companions had an encounter with the Lucknow STF team in Unnao. In this encounter, Anuj was shot in the head, while his companion managed to escape by jumping from the car.

What did the police say?
After this, the police called 108 and took the accused to the hospital in an ambulance. The doctors declared him dead in the hospital. The police have sent his body to the morgue. Unnao ASP Akhilesh Singh gave information about this entire case. He said, 'In connection with the robbery and dacoity related to Bharat Jewelers in Sultanpur on August 28, the accused had a shootout with the STF Lucknow team in Achalganj police station, Unnao on Monday.'

ASP said, 'In this encounter, one miscreant was injured while the other managed to escape. The injured person has been identified as Anuj Pratap Singh son of Dharamraj Singh resident of village Janakpur police station Mohanganj district Amethi. The injured miscreant was carrying a bounty of one lakh rupees. The injured miscreant was sent to the hospital by ambulance for treatment. After primary treatment in the hospital, he was sent to the district hospital Unnao. The accused was declared dead by the doctor in the district hospital.'
