Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Friday. According to the information, CM Yogi has invited PM Modi to attend the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela. The Maha Kumbh is scheduled to run from January 13 to February 26, in which 40 crore devotees are expected to come this year.

Earlier, CM Yogi had met President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, former President Ram Nath Kovind, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP national head JP Nadda, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and invited them to attend the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela on December 30, 2024.
'Kumbhvani' FM channel launched
Earlier, CM Yogi Adityanath on Friday inaugurated the FM channel 'Kumbhvani' to broadcast information related to Mahakumbh 2025. Prasar Bharati has launched the OTT-based Kumbhvani FM channel to broadcast comprehensive information about the Mahakumbh. It can be heard on 103.5 MHz. This channel will broadcast Kumbh Mela related news daily from 5.55 am to 10.05 pm from January 10 to February 26.
Inauguration of Digital Maha Kumbh Center
Apart from this, CM Yogi had inaugurated the Digital Mahakumbh Center and said that it digitally showcases the divinity and grandeur of the religious gathering. The stories of Mahakumbh, Samudra Manthan, Prayag Mahatam and Triveni Sangam will be displayed digitally at this center. The Digital Experience Center is spread over 60,000 square feet in Sector 3 of the Kumbh Mela area and is divided into 12 zones.
Let us tell you that CM Yogi Adityanath has estimated the economic growth of up to Rs 2 lakh crore from the Kumbh Mela. Sharing the economic impact of the Maha Kumbh, the Chief Minister said that the 2019 event contributed Rs 1.2 lakh crore to the state's economy. With 40 crore devotees expected to arrive this year, the Maha Kumbh is expected to generate an economic growth of up to Rs 2 lakh crore.
