Before Bora's arrest on charges of cybercrime in Assam, this AI-generated digital personality had garnered over 14 lakh followers on Instagram. According to the report, police investigation has found that the engineer allegedly created pornographic scenes using AI tools like MidJourney AI, Desire AI and OpenArt AI and fitted the girl's face into that AI body. He then uploaded this content on social media and subscription-based platforms.
Had to pay a price of 25 lakhs
According to reports, to make the account more credible, Bora fabricated a false story. The profile claimed that Babydoll Archie is a woman who escaped from six years of prostitution at Delhi's GB Road and paid a price of Rs 25 lakh to get her freedom back. The post was geotagged to enhance credibility. The video showed her roaming around Indian cities like Delhi and Mumbai.
The girl filed a case
Let us tell you that the woman whose face was used had filed a case of cyber defamation in Dibrugarh, Assam. After the complaint, the engineer was arrested from Tinsukia on July 12. He is accused of creating and spreading pornographic content by misusing the victim's photo through AI.
