Meerut House Collapse: Due to the intermittent rain in Meerut, the roof of a house collapsed. The whole family got buried in it. The people around somehow pulled out the woman, her husband and children buried under the debris, but by then two children had died a painful death. The injured husband and pregnant wife are admitted in the hospital. Whoever heard about this incident was shocked.

Mashruf's house is in Mod Khurd village of Bahsuma police station in the rural area of ​​Meerut. The walls of his house are made of bricks, but the roof was made of mud. The roof was leaking due to the rain that had been falling for many days, but Mashruf, who was living a life of penury due to helplessness and poverty, did not know that this roof would break like a disaster for his family.

Two children died tragically due to roof collapse 

Eventually what was feared happened. It was raining and Mashruf's wife Rukhsar, child Bilal, Inaaya and Mashruf himself got trapped under the roof. People ran to help, but by then Bilal and Inaaya had died, while Rukhsar and her husband Mashruf were seriously injured.

There was a loud explosion and the whole village ran

Due to rain, everyone was in their homes. Suddenly a loud explosion was heard and people came out of their homes. It was found that the thatched roof of Mashruf's house had collapsed and the whole family was buried under it. The police was also informed and the villagers also rushed to the spot. Everyone gathered to take out the family buried under the debris. The police administration also carried out a rescue operation. After hours of hard work, everyone was taken out. Due to rain, there were many difficulties in carrying out relief and rescue work, as soon as everyone was taken out, two children had already stopped breathing.

Tears were dripping from the eyes of the villagers

Mashruf's financial condition is not good, so he could not repair the weak roof of the house. If the mud roof of the house had been strengthened, then perhaps this accident would not have happened and the two children of the family would not have lost their lives. When the rescue operation was being carried out, people were taking out the people buried under the debris and as soon as the bodies of both the children were taken out and kept aside, the villagers were inconsolable. There is an atmosphere of grief in the entire village and everyone was saying that God should not force anyone to face such a bad day one day.

SDM and CO also reached the spot

On receiving information about the roof of the house collapsing and getting buried under the debris due to rain, SDM Mawana Ankit Kumar and CO Saurabh Singh reached Modkhurd village of Bahsuma. The injured were admitted to the hospital for treatment. The villagers also demanded proper compensation for the victim's family. Village head Intezaar Deshwal told the officials that the financial condition of the family is not good, so the family should be given compensation from the government. On this, the officials assured to provide proper compensation.
