Priyanka Gandhi in Punjab: Voting is going to take place in Punjab on June 1. Political parties have started putting their strength in election rallies. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi is on a visit to Punjab today.

The central government has betrayed the farmers: Priyanka Gandhi  

Priyanka Gandhi started her speech by calling Fateh and saying Satshri Akal. She said that this is the land of martyrs and I am the daughter and granddaughter of a martyr. Punjab is the land of farmers. There is a tradition of respecting farmers, farmers are our food providers and the soldier standing on the border is also a farmer's son.

All parties respect farmers, but the central government has betrayed them. MSP was not given, black laws were brought. Farmers opposed this. Priyanka Gandhi talked about the migration of Khanna's feed industry and Mandi Gobindgarh's iron industry, held the central government responsible.

Priyanka's rally in Patiala too is named Nari Nyay Sammelan

Priyanka Gandhi's rally in Patiala today has been named Nari Nyay Sammelan.
