Chaitra Purnima Puja Vidhi
- Wake up early in the morning and take a bath.
- After this, offer water to Sun God.
- Clean the temple and spread a red cloth on a stool.
- Place the idols of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi.
- Offer incense, lamp, naivedya etc.
- Light a lamp of pure ghee and perform puja.
- Read the story.
- Chant mantras.
- Offer Panchamrit, bananas and Panjiri.
- Distribute Prasad among the people.
- Donate things like food, money etc. to the temple or to poor people.
