Meerut. The conductor of the roadways bus pushed the son of a police inspector from the moving bus. The young man died on the spot after hitting his head on the road. The young man had protested against not taking the bus on the prescribed route. The young man had an argument with the conductor over this. The deceased was the only brother of three sisters. Apart from the driver-conductor, the police have also arrested the conductor of another bus.
Jugendra Singh Yadav is a sub-inspector in UP Police. His 23-year-old son Prashant Yadav worked in Delhi Jal Board and commuted from home daily. On Sunday, he went with his friend Anish Poshwal. Both were returning in the Ghaziabad depot bus at night.

It is alleged that the driver did not take the bus on the prescribed route and turned it from Delhi-Doon Highway to Baghpat Road. Prashant and Aneesh protested. This led to an argument with the conductor. It is alleged that after the argument, conductor Akhilesh pushed Prashant out of the moving bus. He died on the spot after hitting his head on the road.
Police arrested the operator
The police stopped the bus and arrested the driver Jitendra, conductor Akhilesh from Mainpuri and conductor Nahar from Kannauj of another bus. Nahar was also travelling in the bus.
Police station in-charge Jitendra Kumar Singh says that based on the complaint of the victim's family, action is being taken by registering a case against the three accused.
