Tabu and Ajay Devgan have worked in about 10 films. Apart from this, both are very good friends offscreen as well. The chemistry of both of them on the film screen is tremendous. Although their last film Aur Mein Kahan Dum Tha could not pull the audience to the theaters, but their relationship is still unbreakable. Recently, a throwback video of Ajay and Tabu from the promotion of the film surfaced online again, in which Ajay jokingly told why Tabu has not got married yet.

In this throwback interview, Ajay Devgn revealed that he was once asked who Tabu sees as a fit man for her? To this Ajay jokingly replied, "Tabu wants me, she can't get that." After this, both of them start laughing and Ajay quickly corrects himself and says, “Meaning a friend like me. There is no one else like me in the world.”

Tabu shouted, "Absolutely, I understood my love" and after this she kissed Ajay's hand. She further said, "He is like this so he is tolerating me. If he would have been someone else, he might not have been able to tolerate me. I am still not married. You got married and even had children."
Earlier in an interview, Tabu had talked about her friendship with Ajay Devgan. Tabu said that she and Ajay both grew up in the same locality. Ajay and I have known each other for 25 years. He was a neighbor and close friend of my cousin Sameer Arya. I am probably single because if any boy tried to talk to me, Ajay Devgan would beat him up.

Tabu and Ajay Devgan worked together for the first time in the 1994 film Vijaypath. After this, they also worked in other films like Takshak, Drishyam 2. Talking about the work front, Tabu will be seen in Bhoot Bangla with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal in the coming time. Ajay Devgan was last seen in the film Azad. In the coming time, he will be seen in Raid 2, Son of Sardar 2 and De De Pyar De 2.
