Symptoms of postpartum depression

5. Continuous weight gain after pregnancy and inability to control one's body.

7. Worrying too much about your child or not paying any attention to him.
How to prevent postpartum depression:
1. In case of postpartum depression, exercise for 10 minutes daily, but do not do heavy exercise. You can also walk as a workout.
2. Eat nutritious food after delivery because healthy food helps in eliminating postpartum depression.
3. Along with taking care of the child, take out some time for yourself. You can meditate or watch a movie of your choice. Doing this will make you feel good.
4. After delivery, women often do not get enough sleep, which is the main cause of postpartum depression. Therefore, when the child sleeps, you also try to sleep.
5. Loneliness is also a main cause of postpartum depression. Therefore, try to live with your family after delivery.
