According to Sacnilk, early trends are that the film has so far earned around 2.09 crores till 9:25 pm . Kangana's previous film Tejas earned 1.20 crores on the first day. Panga, which came in 2020, had an opening of 2.70 crores. The film Emergency is expected to earn more than this. This film can become Kangana's highest opener post Covid.
But still this is not good news for Kangana's Emergency, because even if the collection is 2-3 crores, it is still very less. According to Filmibeat, the budget of Emergency is approximately Rs 25 crores.
Emergency has been released on Cinema Lover's Day (17 January). On this day, some selected theatres keep the ticket prices low. Kangana had announced on her X that you can watch Emergency for Rs 99. Kangana's film may also get some benefit from the cheap tickets.
