Diwali Bonus 2024: On Diwali, companies give sweets, chocolates and dry fruits to their employees, but there are many companies that also give money to employees on Diwali as a bonus based on their financial performance. A pharma company in Panchkula has gifted cars to its best performing employees as a Diwali bonus to boost their morale.    

Panchkula company distributed 15 cars

M K Bhatia, owner of MITS Healthcare Private Limited, has gifted Grand Vitara cars to two of his employees. While 13 other employees have been given Tata Punch cars as Diwali gifts. M K Bhatia told Indian Express, I understand very well the struggle of managing different responsibilities in life in which buying a car is the last priority of people. I also come from such a family, so I realize these things. Employees save to fulfill their other needs. In such a situation, I thought that I should give cars as a surprise gift to my best performing employees. 

Chennai based company gave Mercedes 

A Chennai based company is also in the news on Diwali. The structural steel design and detailing company has gifted 28 cars and 29 bikes to its employees on Diwali to boost their morale and productivity. The company has 180 highly skilled people, many of whom come from very ordinary backgrounds. The company has gifted its employees cars ranging from Mercedes-Benz to Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai. These employees have been given these gifts for their hard work.

Reliance Industries, the company of the country's richest industrialist Mukesh Ambani, has gifted a box to its employees which contains a packet of cashews, raisins and almonds in a cloth bag. A user on Instagram, who is a software developer, has shared this box in a video. In which the user has written Diwali gift from Jio company @client company. This is continuously trending on social media. 

There is a card in this box in which a note is written on behalf of the entire family including Chairman Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, Akash Ambani, Shloka Ambani, Isha Ambani, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
