Elon Musk appeared to take a U-turn on his support for Britain's Reform UK party leader Nigel Farage. After disagreeing with the views of the former Brexit chief, Elon Musk made a post on X. Musk posted on his X platform, 'The Reform Party needs a new leader. Farage doesn't have what it takes.'

Earlier, Farage had recently said, he was in talks with Musk for his party, which helped bring Labour to power by splitting the right-wing vote in July's general election. In a post on X, Musk expressed support for jailed British extremist agitator Tommy Robinson, leading to a disagreement with Farage.

Why did Musk take such a decision?

Robinson was jailed in October after admitting contempt of court in a long-running defamation case involving a Syrian refugee. Musk's unexpected call comes after he expressed his support for the UK party following Farage's departure as party leader.

In one of his ex-posts, Musk had asked a question. Why was Tommy Robinson kept in solitary confinement for telling the truth? After this, information came to light that a group of men, mostly of South Asian origin, were found guilty of sexually abusing vulnerable, mostly white girls in several cities of Britain.

What did Nigel Farage say?

After this, Faraz also expressed his statement, 'But the truth is that Tommy Robinson is in jail not for this, but for contempt of court.' Musk said that Robinson 'should be freed and those who covered this news should take his place in that cell.'

Faraz had shared the photo with Musk

Let us tell you that after the meeting in Florida, Farage shared a photo with Musk, titled, 'Britain needs reform, to which Musk replied, absolutely'.
