Material

  • Brown Bread Slices
  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, capsicum finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method of making

  • Put ginger-garlic paste in a pan and fry it till it smells aromatic.
  • Now add chopped vegetables and cook until they become slightly soft.
  • Add mashed potatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add fresh coriander leaves and mix it well and then remove it from the flame.
  • Flatten the bread slices with the help of a rolling pin. Place the mixture in the centre and apply some water on the edges to seal the ends.
  • After this, apply some water on the edges and seal it carefully and give it the shape of a roll.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and then brush the top of the rolls with a little olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
