Bloody game of Kaliyuga son in UP! Father murdered by giving contract of one lakh, accused arrested:

UP New: A sensational case that puts relationships to shame has come to light in Basti district. In which a son got his father mercilessly killed just because he was not giving him the rights of a son. To commit the murder, the son chose a very horrific way and along with his friends crushed his father to death with a pickup vehicle. The murderous son tried his best to make the incident look like an accident but the Basti police foiled his plans and sent the accused behind bars.

This entire case is of Parsauda village of Harraiya police station area, where 45-year-old Ramsurat Chaudhary was murdered by his own son. Ramsurat had married twice, in which he had three children from his first wife Sarita while he had no children from the second wife. The first wife used to live with her sons in her maternal home for many years. Sarita had filed a claim against husband Ramsurat for maintenance in the court.

Two days ago, on 2 April, Ram Surat Chaudhary was murdered by driving a pickup vehicle on the lane going from Harraiya to Basti on the National Highway. In connection with this incident, the deceased's sister Chandrakala Devi registered a case of murder and conspiracy against 6 people at Kaptanganj police station.

There was a dispute over maintenance and property

The police investigation found that the deceased's first wife Sarita had been living with her sons at her maternal home for about 20 years. There was a maintenance case in the court and a property dispute, due to which the deceased's first wife and her sons wanted to kill Ramsurat by hook or crook. The deceased had no children from his second wife Mithilavati. For this, these people conspired with the co-accused.

The accused was doing recce for one month

The deceased's son Amar took the help of Jai Prakash Chaudhary and Anil Chaudhary in this conspiracy. Amar Chaudhary had been doing recce of Ram Surat for a month and on the day of the incident, finding an opportunity, Amar and Anil Chaudhary hit and ran over Ram Surat Chaudhary, who was going to his home from Harraiya on a motorcycle after taking medicine, from behind with the intention of killing him with a pickup without number plate, due to which he died on the spot.

During interrogation, accused Amar Chaudhary revealed the secret

DSP Satyendra Bhushan Tiwari disclosed the entire case and said that during police interrogation, accused Amar Chaudhary also admitted to having given Anil Chaudhary Rs. 1 lakh as a contract to help in killing his father. DSP said that the arrested accused were presented in the court after which the court sent all of them to jail, while the remaining accused are being searched for.
