Adani Group News: Adani Group Chief Financial Officer Jugeshinder Robbie Singh has issued a statement on the social media platform to clarify the allegations of bribery against the Adani Group. He clarified that none of the 11 public companies of the Adani Group have been charged in the US. He said that the allegations made regarding a contract of Adani Green Energy are equal to only 10 percent of the company's total turnover. 

Jugeshindra Robi Singh wrote on social media platform X, you have seen many news about Adani Group in the last two days. This is related to the contract of Adani Green Energy which is not even 10 percent of the total business of the company. He said, more details related to this matter will be put forward in detail in the coming days. 

He wrote in his post, there are many such news and reports which have been tried to make headlines by picking up unrelated things. He said, we will respond in detail in the legal filing after reviewing the entire matter. He clarified that Adani Group has 11 public companies or subsidiary companies and none of them is a defendant in the case filed by the US Department of Justice. 

On Thursday, November 21, 2024, it was revealed that Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and Adani Green directors have been accused of bribery and fraud by the US Justice Department and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. However, the Adani Group has completely rejected all these allegations in a statement and made it clear that the group will use all legal options.
