Delhi Crime News: The team of Mukherjee Nagar Police Station, Delhi has solved a murder case and arrested an accused Deshraj resident R/o A 270, T-Huts Indira Vikas Colony Delhi Age-26 years, PS Mukherjee Nagar.  

Delhi Police has thus solved the murder case registered in PS Mukherjee Nagar under FIR No. 1073/24 U/S 103(1) BNS. The accused Deshraj is a novice criminal. According to the DCP, there was a fight between the deceased and the accused a year ago and on November 28, when the accused reached near the house of the deceased, the deceased hit the accused after which the accused stabbed the deceased in the ribs, due to which he died.

The incident took place on November 28, when a PCR call was received at Mukherjee Nagar police station in which it was told, "A boy has come to the house and stabbed my brother-in-law on his waist". After which ASI Laxmi Chand reached the spot with his staff. The injured Chhote Lal son of Mool Chand, resident of N-15/149 Indira Vikas Colony, Mukherjee Nagar Delhi age-25 years was shifted to BJRM Hospital through MLC number 262712/24, where the doctor declared the patient dead.  

Upon investigation, the accused Deshraj was found to be a novice criminal.
Police registered a case under FIR No. 1073/24 U/S 103(1) BNS at PS Mukherjee Nagar and started investigation. A team was formed under the leadership of ACP Model Town Jai Narayan along with Inspector Brijesh Kumar of Mukherjee Nagar police station to investigate the case. Based on the statement of the eyewitness, Deshraj son of Jaipal resident of A 270 T-Huts Indira Vikas Colony Delhi age-26 years (e-rickshaw driver) was arrested. Upon investigation, the accused Deshraj was found to be a novice criminal. According to the police, further efforts are being made to find out his possible involvement in other cases as well. 

The deceased assaulted the alleged Deshraj.
According to DCP North West, Deshraj had assaulted the deceased person about 1 year ago, in which the deceased person also suffered head injuries, but the police was not informed about the matter. On November 28, the alleged Deshraj's e-rickshaw stopped in the street of the deceased's house at around 11.30 pm, then the deceased assaulted the alleged Deshraj. At this the accused left from there and brought a weapon and then stabbed the deceased Chhotelal in the left part of his chest below the ribs, after which he died. At present the investigation of the case is going on.
