
News Topical, Digital Desk : Diya Kumari In Ajmer: Rajasthan's Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari reached Ajmer District Collectorate on Sunday. Here she took stock of the preparations related to strengthening the security system of the district and disaster management. After the Pratibha Samman ceremony, Deputy CM Diya Kumari held a review meeting of the security and disaster management system of Ajmer and Beawar districts in the District Collectorate auditorium.
Top officials of the district administration and police attended this meeting. Diya Kumari directed the officials to strengthen the security system as well as implement effective plans for disaster management. She said, "We have to ensure that we are fully prepared to deal with any disaster or security challenge.
In the meeting, the officials gave detailed information on the progress of security and disaster management plans running in the district. Deputy CM Diya Kumari stressed on increasing mutual coordination and organizing awareness programs at the local level. She especially asked to focus on the availability of training and resources to deal with floods, fire and other natural disasters.
Describing her Ajmer visit as important, Diya Kumari said, "Today I have come to Ajmer and am discussing important issues with the officials. Before this, I participated in the function of Rajput Samaj, where I got the opportunity to honour the talents of the society. It was a very meaningful experience. I also appeal to the people of Ajmer to work with the administration and contribute to the development and security of the city."
Responding to a question from journalists on the issue of recent ceasefire violations by Pakistan, Diya Kumari said, "I would like to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the way he handled the situation in the country and took concrete steps against terrorism in Pakistan, especially the incident in Pahalgam ."
Earlier, the Deputy Chief Minister of the state became a part of the ceremony organized in the Medical College Auditorium. She said, "It is an honor for me to reward the talents of Rajput society who have achieved outstanding achievements in various fields. I got the opportunity to participate in this ceremony, it is a matter of happiness for me."
