
News Topical, Digital Desk : Vaishali News: On Sunday, the police disclosed the case of the shooting and killing of Mohammad Shabbir, who was returning after offering namaz on the evening of May 3 in the Nagar police station area of Vaishali district of Bihar. In this case, the police have arrested the main accused Mohammad Ansari alias W from Nagpur, Maharashtra. Hajipur Sadar SDPO Om Prakash said that Mohammad Shabbir was shot dead between Kranti Chowk and Thana Chowk of Nagar police station area on May 3.
The young man lost his life in a land dispute
He told that the police immediately started investigating the matter. During the investigation, it came to light that the main reason for the incident was the land dispute between the deceased and his neighbor for four years. The deceased Shabbir had bought the disputed land from Usman Qureshi and built a house. After this, there was constant tension between Shabbir and neighbors Mohammad Ansari alias W and Mohammad Abdullah Ansari alias Bablu. In this case, a case was filed in the court between the two parties in 2022.
The murder was committed on the evening of May 3
He told that two years ago, a plan was being made to kill Shabbir by his two brothers W and Bablu in anger over Shabbir building a house on the disputed land. Meanwhile, on the evening of May 3, Shabbir was murdered while returning from offering Namaaz. Vaishali police had arrested Abdullah Ansari alias Bablu, involved in the incident, within 48 hours and was conducting raids to arrest the main accused.
In the same sequence, the police arrested Mohammad Ansari alias W from Nagpur, Maharashtra. SDPO Om Prakash said that the said person was seen running away after committing the murder in the CCTV camera installed near the crime scene, who was absconding after committing the crime.
