News Topical, Digital Desk : Everyone is currently in a frenzy with Dhurandhar. Fans have loved every song from the film, from "Shararat" onwards. However, the song that has garnered the most reels is Akshay Khanna's Bahrain song “Fasla.” From Akshaye Khanna 's steps to the song's tune, people danced to it. Now, a Qawwali version of the song is coming soon, composed by renowned singer Sagar Bhatia. He personally spoke about it and also praised the artist.

What did Sagar Bhatia say in praise of Dhurandhar?

Sagar Bhatia's song "Jab Koi Baat Bigad Jaaye" went viral nine years ago. It gave him significant recognition in Bollywood and on social media. In a recent exclusive interview with Dainik Jagran, Sagar not only praised "Dhurandhar" but also discussed Neha Kakkar's trending songs and the changing nature of Bollywood.

Praising Dhurandhar, he said, "I have a song by a Bahraini artist, which was Akshaye Khanna's entry. I loved it so much that the day I heard it, I made a qawwali version of it and put it in." The craft of the movie was such that I felt like I had seen something quite different. I don't know whether that was right or wrong. The music was such that I could add to it whenever I did a song.

Said this about Neha Kakkar's song

Apart from this, Sagar Bhatia also gave his reaction on Neha Kakkar's recently released song 'Candy Shop' and said, "There are all kinds of audiences. People are coming to the shows of Karan Aujla, Diljit Dosanjh, AP Dhillon, Honey Singh. I think you should be happy with what you get. If I thought that people just listen to it, then the thing is that according to me, their audience is different, mine is different."

Talking about Tony Kakkar's reported post, Sagar said, “I don't think as a musician, I think as an audience. If you compare, there is business and there is core music. Both are different. One has to balance both core music and core business. That could also be his attempt, the audience is trolling him for that song. It is the audience, not the artist, who makes the song grow. If you don't like it, stop it.”

Sagar talks about upcoming projects

As he left, Sagar also talked about his upcoming projects, saying that after a long wait, he has finally found his audience. "Whatever I have stored up in my bag, I will give it to them in 2026. Next year will be a flood of songs."
