Ingredients to make Ayurvedic Manjan
- Rock salt: 2 tablespoons
- Alum powder: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
- Neem leaves powder (dried): 2 tablespoons
- Clove powder: 1/2 tsp
- Mustard oil: as per need
Method of making Ayurvedic Manjan
- First of all, take rock salt, alum powder, turmeric powder, neem leaves powder and clove powder in a clean bowl.
- Mix all these dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Now add mustard oil slowly and mix with a spoon until a thick paste like toothpaste is formed. Keep in mind, the paste should not be too thin.
- Your Ayurvedic toothpaste is ready. Store it in an airtight container and use it daily.
How to use?
Use this toothpaste in the morning and at night before going to bed. For this, take a little toothpaste on your finger and massage it gently on your teeth and gums for 2-3 minutes. After massaging, leave it like this for 5 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
