News Topical, Digital Desk : A Class 12 student in Idukki, Kerala used pepper spray on a girl's parents after they questioned him about his friendship, but it went wrong and affected his classmates, including four girls. 

What is the whole matter?

The incident took place on Friday morning in the waiting room outside a government higher secondary school under Rajakkad police station area. Police said the students were disturbed after the boy used pepper spray, following which all were rushed to the hospital. Police said the girl's parents were also admitted to the hospital and they claimed that the boy had attacked them. Police said all were discharged in the evening.

Classmates supported the friendship between the student and the girl

According to the police, the classmates of the said boy, including two boys, have not lodged any complaint against him. Both the classmates have supported the friendship between the student and the said girl. The boy has claimed that he used pepper spray after the girl's parents attacked him. Police said that a case has been registered against the girl's parents for allegedly attacking the boy. Also, information about the action taken by the boy has been given to the Juvenile Justice Board as he is 17 years old.

As soon as the boy got off the bus, he was questioned about friendship

Police said the girl's parents were waiting for the boy, who arrived at the school by bus around 9.15 am. When the boy got off the bus, the girl's parents questioned him about his friendship with their daughter and allegedly thrashed him, which led to the boy using pepper spray, police said.
