Regarding Bihar politics, Huma Qureshi said, “Actually, I have a superficial knowledge of the state's politics. But I believe in practical understanding. I don't know Bihar in detail, but I have a long-standing connection with the state, dating back to the time I visited Kishanganj for a film shoot.”

I was only 18 years old at the time, and what a unique experience it was. I couldn't spend much time here then, but now I've come to understand Bihar a little better. Especially, the dishes here, like chutney, chokha, and dal, are beyond praise. 

Huma Qureshi spoke about the elections

Today, assembly elections are underway for 181 seats across 18 districts in Bihar. Huma Qureshi appealed to the people of Bihar to vote, saying, "Come out and cast your vote. So that you can elect a good government with your precious vote." Huma also expressed her views on issues like women's empowerment. 

When will Maharani Season 4 release?

Huma Qureshi is set to make her comeback as Rani Bharti in the web series Maharani Season 4. The series will stream online on the OTT platform Sony Liv on November 7, 2025. In this series, she will be seen playing the role of the Chief Minister of Bihar, as well as the Prime Minister of the country.
