The Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has also sent him a notice regarding illegal construction at Khesari Lal Yadav's bungalow on Mira Road, stating that the illegal construction will be demolished.

The municipal notice said that the iron angles and shed installed outside Khesarilal's house should be removed immediately, otherwise forceful action will be taken by the encroachment department.

The matter came to light during an encroachment investigation. During this investigation, unauthorized structures were found at Khesari Lal's bungalow. Khesari Lal and his family were currently busy campaigning in Bihar, so no one was present at their Mira Road home.
