Prayagraj. Prayagraj Development Authority has completed the tender process for the construction of Nagar Kotwal Lathe Hanuman Ji Temple Corridor. Gurugram's Univastu Boots Infra LLP has received the tender. Construction work will begin after the puja on 29th or 30th July.
Regarding this, Kumbh Mela Adhikari Vijay Kiran Anand inspected the temple and the places where work is to be done on Friday. He instructed the officials to get all the work done as per the map. For the convenience of the devotees, a corridor is being built in the Lat Hanuman temple at a cost of Rs 37.57 crore.
11186 square meters of army land is coming under the corridor. In return, PDA will give more than 19 thousand square meters of land to the army near Nehru Park. After the corridor is built, a board will be formed to look after its management. A controversy had started regarding the board to be formed by PDA. Along with the administration, people from the temple will also be included in the board.
About 45 crore rupees will be spent on building the Lat Hanuman Mandir corridor. The sanctum sanctorum of the Hanuman temple will be expanded. Parikrama path, havan kund, parking, entrance gate, night shelter, shops etc. will be constructed.
Shri Math Baghambari Gaddi and Lete Hanuman Temple Mahant Balveer Giri said that there is no problem now regarding the Lete Hanuman Temple corridor. On 29th or 30th, after seeing the auspicious time, Bhoomi Pujan will be done and the construction will be started.
Kumbh Mela Adhikari Vijay Kiran Anand said that a consensus has been reached on the construction of the corridor. Its tender has been issued. Shrimahant Balveer Giri has given his consent to the proposal. Construction work will be started soon.
