New Delhi: In the meeting of the National Executive of the Bahujan Samaj Party, Mayawati has once again been elected as the National President. BSP has issued a press release in this regard. The party has geared up for the upcoming assembly elections.

BSP has announced that the party will contest assembly elections in Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi. The strategy for the by-elections to be held on 10 seats in UP was also discussed in the meeting. BSP will contest on all ten seats in the by-elections to be held in UP.

Mayawati was once again elected as the national president of BSP

Mayawati has once again been unanimously elected as the national president of BSP for five years. Party's national general secretary Satish Chandra Mishra had proposed to make Mayawati the national president. She has been continuously elected as the national president of the party since September 18, 2003.
