Lucknow: The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has ordered to prepare a new selection list by setting aside the selection list of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination 2019 released on 1 June 2020 and the selection list of 6800 candidates dated 5 January 2022.
The court has said that while preparing the new selection list, if any assistant teacher currently working is adversely affected, then the benefit of the current session should be given to the students so that their studies are not adversely affected.
This decision was passed by a two-member bench of Justice AR Masoodi and Justice Brijraj Singh while simultaneously disposing of 90 special appeals filed by Mahendra Pal and others against the order of a single bench. The court had reserved its decision after completing the hearing in the case.
