Ghaziabad. Ghaziabad Circle Rate: Buying property in the district is now going to be expensive. The reason for this is the increase of 10 to 20 percent in the DM circle rate for property.

The district administration has published the proposed DM circle rate, objections have been sought on the proposed DM circle rate. The objections will be resolved on August 28. After that the final DM circle rate of the property will be published.

Based on the proposed DM circle rate, residential plot rates in Wave City and Aditya World City have been increased from Rs 17,300 to Rs 50,000 per square metre.

The circle rate for flats in Park Town and Urban Homes has been proposed to be Rs 17,300 to Rs 50,000. The circle rate in Mahiuddinpur Kanawani has been fixed at Rs 58,000 to Rs 66,000 per sq m.

Under the Safe City Scheme, the corporation integrated 1405 cameras

The work of integrating 1500 cameras under the Safe City Scheme is progressing rapidly, in which the corporation's team is working in a planned manner under the leadership of Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik. So far, about 1405 cameras have been connected to the Integrated Control and Command Center.

There are about 95 cameras remaining which are being integrated in the coming week. District administration, CMO, District Supply Department, Education Department, private and government banks, hotels, private educational institutions, hotels, restaurants, automobile dealers, police station, RWA Society, Transport Department and others have provided special support in installing the cameras. Cameras have been integrated on main roads and intersections.
