Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad activists arrived shouting slogans against the display of Quranic verses on the school premises. The activists alleged that assistant teacher Mohammad Nazim taught Islamic education at the school. Police arrived on the scene and pacified the protesters. An investigation has been ordered into the matter.

Activists from a Hindu organization have filed a police complaint against the teacher. During this incident, the activists and the teachers engaged in a heated argument. A video of the entire incident has gone viral on social media. According to preliminary information, the school's female principal and teacher have been suspended. The BSA has ordered a departmental inquiry into the matter.

What is the whole matter?

On Friday afternoon, a large number of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal activists suddenly reached the primary school in Kudh Fatehgarh and objected to the removal of pictures of great men from the school rooms and the replacement of them with verses from the Quran. This led to an argument between them and the teachers. Upon receiving the information, the police also arrived. The activists alleged that the teachers in the school had removed and placed aside the pictures of the Prime Minister, Rabindranath Tagore, Subhash Chandra Bose, and Bharat Mata. They said this was against the rules of government schools. The police somehow calmed the activists and took them out.

Written complaint against school teacher

VHP activists have filed a written complaint against the principal and teacher. Education department officials have also been informed of the entire matter, causing a stir within the department. According to VHP activist Ashish Toofani, verses from the Quran were found written on the school walls, which is completely false.

Principal and assistant teacher suspended

BSA Alka Sharma said that a case of Quranic verses being written in a primary school has come to light. Principal Pushpa Rani and assistant teacher Mohammad Nazim have been suspended. The entire matter is being investigated, and if anyone else is found involved, action will be taken against them as well.
