Farmers are worried about their crops
Farmers should keep an eye on the weather. In case of heavy rain, water should not be allowed to accumulate in the fields. Arrangements should be made for its drainage so that the crops are not damaged. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert. Accordingly, harvested wheat should not be left in the open to protect it from getting wet.
Electricity was also affected
Earlier on Tuesday, due to strong winds, power supply to the Civil Lines area was disrupted for about half an hour. Power supply to areas such as Pahadi Gate, Nawab Gate, etc. was also disrupted. Power supply was restored after the winds stopped. Executive Engineer Anurag Singh stated that power supply to all areas of the city is running smoothly.
