Paresh says that the delay in the film is due to technical issues between Akshay and the makers. 

Why will Hera Pheri 3 be a disaster?

Paresh Rawal also said that he hasn't signed Hera Pheri 3 yet. He will sign the film once the matter between Akshay and the makers is resolved. Furthermore, he says that without Baburao (Paresh's character), Hera Pheri 3 would be a disaster. The actor added, "But I can say it without hesitation that if they go ahead with the idea of ​​making Hera Pheri without Baburao, it would be a disaster."
