BSES operations and maintenance teams are on high alert, with quick response teams (QRTs) deployed immediately to attend to complaints. In most cases, power supply is being restored quickly. However, in some areas, restoration is taking longer than usual due to damage caused to power infrastructure by fallen trees and their branches. The safety and well-being of citizens is of utmost priority to us."
