News Topical, Digital Desk : A tragic incident occurred in Bengaluru, where a two-year-old child died after being hit by a cement mixer truck (lorry). The deceased child, identified as Pranav, was playing near the wall. The lorry collided with the wall overhead and killed him.
The incident reportedly occurred around 4 pm on Friday evening in Bengaluru. The child was playing on the roadside near his home when a passing lorry became entangled in an overhead cable. The driver lost control.
Child injured in wall collapse
The lorry collided with the wall, causing some pieces of the wall to fall onto children playing nearby. He was seriously injured. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
The police did not receive any complaint
The lorry driver, Harish, is currently missing, police said. An official complaint has not yet been filed, they said. HAL police said the child, identified as Pranav, was playing near a wall at the time of the accident.
