News Topical, Digital Desk : The KDA's enforcement squad demolished illegal plotting without a layout on 15 acres of land in Bithoor. They also halted the plotting of 10,000 square meters of land in Bagdaudi Bangar and issued a notice.
On the orders of the KDA Vice President, Prapunj Agarwal and others, under the leadership of Dr. Ravi Pratap Singh, enforcement in-charge of Zone 1B, demolished the plant developed in the colony being developed in the name of Ginni Vihar on 15 acres of land in Ghazipur Ginni Vihar, Bithoor without any layout, using a backhoe loader.
Apart from this, the plotting being done by Neelam Agarwal and others in Arazi number-696/2, 698/2 Bagdaudi Bangar in an area of 10 thousand square meters has been seized and a notice has been issued. Also, the Special Executive Officer has appealed to the people that before purchasing land in the plotting developed in the authority area, they should ensure to purchase the land only after getting the information about the layout approval from Kanpur Development Authority. Also, construction should be done only after getting the map approved from the authority.
Here, KDA squad sealed three constructions.
KDA squad sealed three constructions in Swaroop Nagar, Paramat and Yatimkhana. Security personnel pushed back the protesters. CP Pandey, enforcement in-charge of Zone 1A, sealed the constructions being done against the map in Swaroop Nagar premises number 113/206A by Jai Budhwani, plot number 13/6-7 part in Paramat by Avnish, Manish and Rajneesh and plot number 95/94 in Yatimkhana by Sadab. Many constructions are being done without standards around Bhadoria intersection from 80 feet road. Many illegal constructions are also being done in Pandugar. Vice President Madan Singh Garbyal said that a continuous campaign is being run against illegal constructions. Wherever wrong constructions are being done, they will also be sealed.
