The truck driver is absconding after the accident in the Ralamandal area. Another girl, who was also a passenger in the car, was taken to the hospital with injuries.

The accident in Indore also killed Prerna Bachchan, daughter of former Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Bala Bachchan, and two others, Prakhar Kasliwal and Maan Sandhu. A young woman, Anushka Rathi, was injured. The car's front end was severely damaged.

The news of Prerna Bachchan's death has deeply shocked the entire family. Prerna's mother is inconsolable, weeping profusely.
