News Topical,Digital Desk : Rajasthan News: To maintain peace and law and order in Jalore district, a meeting was held with subdivision officers, tehsildars and police officers through video conferencing in the DOIT auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Pradeep K. Gawande.

In the meeting, Collector Dr. Gawande instructed the officials to remain alert and keep effective vigil regarding law and order in the district. He instructed the police officers to stop the rumours spread on social media and take strict action against those who spoil harmony through inflammatory posts.

Instructions given for holding regular meetings 
Additional Superintendent of Police Motaram Godara instructed the station in-charges, beat constables and intelligence officers to remain vigilant and hold regular meetings with CLG members. Additional District Collector Rajesh Mewada, Subdivision Officer Manoj Chaudhary, Deputy Superintendent of Police Gautam Jain, Tehsildar Babusingh Rajpurohit along with all the Subdivision Officers, Tehsildars and Police Officers were connected in the VC.

In the meeting, Director General of Police UR Sahu said that communication should be maintained at every level and the police should take strict action against elements disturbing law and order.

Director General of Police (Intelligence) Sanjay Agarwal, Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Vishal Bansal, Special Administrative Secretary Home Department Kanhaiya Lal Swami and top police department officials were present in the meeting. Along with this, all the divisional commissioners, Inspector General of Police, District Collector and Superintendent of Police of the state also joined through VC.
