News Topical, Digital Desk : Amarnath Yatra 2025: The Jammu and Kashmir administration is ready to welcome the Amarnath Yatra. The administration has made every arrangement for the safety and convenience of the pilgrims so that this year's Amarnath Yatra becomes safe and memorable for the pilgrims. The Amarnath Yatra is starting from July 3.

Just before the start of the pilgrimage, the security forces have taken over the Amarnath Yatri Niwas in Jammu, which is the base station for the pilgrims. This base station has been fortified from all sides and the officers and jawans of the Jammu and Kashmir Police have been deployed at the main gate. To further strengthen this security circle, CRPF jawans have also been deployed here. Due to security reasons, the base station of Amarnath Yatri Niwas has been declared a no-flying zone.

Surveillance through CCTV

You can guess the security from the fact that more than 200 high-tech CCTV cameras have been installed in the areas around the base station, which are being monitored 24 hours a day. Along with this, dozens of watch towers have been installed around the base station, from where every person coming and going to the base station is being closely monitored.

At the same time, to further strengthen the security, the security forces have also set up a police post near the base station so that in case of any emergency, police help can reach here as quickly as possible.

Regarding the security of Amarnath Yatra, Jammu Police claimed that Jammu Kashmir Police is ready to ensure the security of every pilgrim. According to the police, the number of companies of paramilitary forces given to the police for the security of Amarnath Yatra is much higher this year than in previous years. This year, about 30 more companies have been provided to the police.

According to the police, this year extensive security arrangements have been made from Jammu to Lakhanpur. This time more security personnel have been deployed on the highway compared to previous years. "We also request the passengers that if they are starting their journey from Jammu, then they should not travel on their own.''
