Tejasswi Prakash purchased this apartment this month from developer Excel Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd. Tejasswi paid a hefty sum for the property. She purchased the home for ₹7.63 crore (76.3 million rupees). The registration took place on February 16, 2026.

Tejasswi Prakash paid a stamp duty of ₹38.15 lakh for the house. Possession of the property is scheduled for November 29, 2030. The actress received two car parking spaces along with the flat. The area where Tejasswi purchased the flat is already a hub for major celebrities.
