News Topical, Digital Desk : TATA POWER Q4 Result: Tata Power, a Tata Group company, has announced the results for the fourth quarter of the last financial year. The company has informed in the exchange filing that its profit has increased from Rs 1,045.6 crore to Rs 1,309 crore.

Giving information about the earnings, the company said that there has been an increase in it. The company's earnings have increased from Rs 15,847 crore to Rs 17,096 crore. EBITDA has increased from Rs 2,332 crore to Rs 3,245.4 crore. EBITDA margin has increased from 14.7% to 19%. All these figures of the company are on an annual basis.

Announcement of dividend The board of the company has recommended a final dividend (225%) of ₹ 2.25 per equity share (₹ 1 face value) on the financial year ending March 31, 2025. This dividend is subject to the approval of the members in the upcoming 106th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, which will be held on Friday, July 4, 2025. The record date for dividend payment has been fixed as Friday, June 20, 2025. If approved in the AGM, this dividend after tax deduction is distributed from Monday, 7 July 2025. The dividend will be available to all shareholders whose names are registered in demat or physical form by the end of business hours on 20 June 2025.

Tata Power is included in the BSE 100 index and its basic industry category is "Integrated Power Utilities".
