Kalki revealed that while it is possible to separate from your ex-partner, on the other hand it is difficult to break ties with people you have met through them.

Speaking to YouTube channel Alina Dissects, she said that for her, Alia is one of the people she considers her own. When Anurag and Kalki got married, Alia was just 10 years old. Kalki said, “A lot of time has passed. We both have moved on in our lives. It's not just one person you know. It applies to everyone around them, especially in our industry. You can't suddenly break ties with all those people. Because of the partner you've been with for six years, you know 300-400 new people. So, obviously, those relationships are not going to end suddenly, so we will stay in touch.”

The actress revealed that Alia is one of the people who have come into her life because of Anurag. Kalki said, 'It is a wonderful thing that you get to know even if you have broken up with that person. You get to know other people along with that person. Even if you are not able to talk to that person for some time, which happened after the breakup, we had to set some boundaries for ourselves. I may not be meeting you but I will continue to meet the people I met because of you.
