Auspicious time of Skanda Shashthi (Skanda Sashti 2025 Shubh Muhurat)

The Shashthi Tithi of the Shukla Paksha of Jyeshtha month is starting on March 31 at 8:15 pm. This Tithi will end on June 1 at 7:59 pm. In such a situation, the festival of Skanda Shashthi will be celebrated on Sunday, June 1.

Skanda Sashti Puja Vidhi

On the day of Skanda Shashthi, after taking a bath early in the morning, clean the temple thoroughly. After this, install the idol or picture of Lord Skanda. Along with Lord Kartikeya, worship Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati in a proper manner.

Offer flowers, sandalwood, incense, lamps and offerings to Lord Kartikeya. Offer fruits and sweets as prasad. Along with this, you can offer a peacock feather to Lord Kartikeya. Finally, recite the mantras and aarti of Lord Skanda and distribute prasad among all the people.
