News Topical, Digital Desk : Russia has offered to help defuse tensions over Iran's enriched uranium.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who is on a visit to China, said in response to a question that Russia can resolve the tension arising from uranium enriched up to 60 percent.
