News Topical, Digital Desk : RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Wednesday said the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh does not want its name to be written in golden letters in history but wants to give full credit to the society for its work done in the last 100 years.
The entire work of the RSS is based on the hard work of volunteers, not on anyone's favor. He added that the Hindutva organization's work has not been affected by anyone's lack of favor.
Mohan Bhagwat was speaking at a function organised at Dr Hedgewar Smriti Mandir premises in Reshambag, Nagpur, to release the book 'Rashtra Swaradhana' based on the history of RSS's Ghosh Pathak (band troupe).
He said that all volunteers have devoted their full efforts to nation-building in accordance with the RSS ideology. Praising the book, Bhagwat said it is very useful for volunteers.
This will help them understand what the RSS has accomplished since its founding in 1925 and what it should do next. The RSS chief stressed that the organization has relied on the collective strength and work force of the entire society to achieve its goals, not on the mercy of any individual.
