What did Prashant Kishor say about Lalu Yadav?
On Lalu Yadav, Jansuraj Party chief Prashant Kishor said, "Lalu ji is an old man, he sits cross-legged but if he has insulted Babasaheb Ambedkar ji, then he should express his opinion on this. More than Lalu ji, his colleagues should respond to this behavior of Lalu ji, especially Rahul Gandhi should tell what his opinion is."
Prashant Kishor further said that does Rahul Gandhi have the courage to say that Lalu Yadav has done wrong. Rahul Gandhi should tell what he thinks about this, who keeps the Constitution with him everywhere. Prashant Kishor also said that the people of Bihar want change.
Actually, Lalu Yadav's birthday was celebrated at Rabri residence on 11th June. BJP has shared a video of the same day, in which it can be seen that Lalu Yadav is sitting cross-legged on a chair and an RJD supporter is taking a photo with Lalu Yadav holding a photo of Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. This matter got spoiled because the photo is being taken by keeping Ambedkar's photo near Lalu Yadav's feet.
There was an uproar after the video surfaced
BJP has attacked over this. BJP leader and media in-charge Danish Iqbal has shared this video and said "Saw the video of Lalu Prasad Yadav's birthday. A picture of revered Baba Saheb is being placed near Lalu ji's feet and people are congratulating him. Lalu ji and his family are not even stopping this. So much arrogance? So much hatred for Baba Saheb?" After this video surfaced, RJD and Lalu Yadav have come under the circle of controversies.
