News Topical, Digital Desk : SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who joined BlackRock CEO Larry Fink on a panel at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, took a dig at US President Donald Trump's "Board of Peace".
Elon Musk suggested that Trump's board should have been named 'Peace of Greenland' instead of 'Peace.' He added, 'I heard about the formation of the Peace Summit and I thought, is it 'Peace' or a little piece of Greenland or a little piece of Venezuela?'
Elon Musk said a big thing about Trump
The audience laughed at Elon Musk's statement. Musk added, "We all just want peace." The board, chaired by Trump, was originally conceived as a small group of world leaders overseeing the Gaza ceasefire plan. But the Trump administration's ambitions have broadened, with Trump extending invitations to dozens of countries and hinting at the board's future role as a conflict mediator.
The comments by Musk, a Trump ally, come as his relationship with the US president appears to be improving after a strained relationship with him, including a previous disagreement and subsequent reconciliation.
