News Topical, Digital Desk : Apprehensive about Indian action after the Pahalgam terror incident, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday spoke to his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim over telephone.

 

During this, he denied any connection of his country in the attack. During the conversation, Sharif shared Pakistan's concerns over the tension prevailing in South Asia since the April 22 terrorist attack.

 

Pak is seeking help from Malaysia

He reiterated Pakistan's offer for an international, transparent, credible and impartial investigation to unearth the facts behind the incident to disabuse the world. Sharif said Pakistan would welcome Malaysia's participation in this investigation.

Relations between India and Pakistan have been strained after the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22. 26 people, mostly tourists, were killed in this attack. It was the deadliest attack in the valley after the Pulwama attack in 2019.
