According to SacNilc, Shahid Kapoor's O Romeo opened with ₹8.5 crore (85 million rupees) on its first day. On its second day, it earned a whopping ₹12.65 crore (126.5 million rupees) for a total domestic collection of ₹21.15 crore (211.5 million rupees). After a decent opening on Friday, the film saw strong growth on Saturday, earning 48.82% more.

In terms of worldwide collections, the film grossed a total of ₹30 crore worldwide, with overseas collections of ₹5 crore. This means Valentine's Day proved lucky for "O Romeo," as it generated significant box office revenue on that day.

O Romeo's story unfolds amidst the changing underworld of post-independence Mumbai, revealing the long-standing criminal underworld that lurks in the dark alleys of this bustling Indian city. The film is said to be the story of gangster Hussain Ustara, a sworn enemy of Dawood Ibrahim. The story takes a turn when he falls in love with a woman played by Tripti Dimri. 

O' Romeo is a 2026 Indian romantic action thriller film written and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. It is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Based on Hussain Zaidi's book Mafia Queens of Mumbai, the film stars Shahid Kapoor, Tripti Dimri, Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwari, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal and Vikrant Massey.
