New Delhi. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has justified the government's stand in the NEET-UG exam scam case. The Education Minister posted on 'X' on Friday and said, ' the Supreme Court's decision to not conduct the re-examination and not to find any systemic lapses in the NEET-UG exam proves the government's stand right.'

Pradhan expressed gratitude to the Supreme Court.

He further wrote in the post, "The government is committed to a 'tamper-free, transparent and error-free examination system'. To ensure this, we will implement the recommendations of the high-level committee of experts at the earliest. The findings and the verdict completely refute the propaganda that was being spread. We thank the Supreme Court wholeheartedly for delivering justice and protecting the interests of lakhs of hardworking students. We will implement the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in letter and spirit."

The paper leak is being investigated.

Meanwhile, regarding the Supreme Court's decision on the NEET-UG exam controversy, Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh said, "The government was also saying that the exam was conducted transparently, if the paper has been leaked somewhere, then the investigating agency is investigating it on an individual basis and taking action. The Supreme Court has justified the government's statement."
