New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday praised those who worked to make the Jan Dhan Yojana a success, saying the scheme has been crucial in promoting financial inclusion.

The Prime Minister said, “Today we are celebrating an important occasion. 10 years of Jan Dhan. Congratulations to all the beneficiaries and congratulations to all those who worked to make this scheme a success.”

The scheme empowered poor brothers and sisters economically
