The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed its first chargesheet in the NEET exam paper leak case. The investigating agency has named 13 people as accused in this case. Nitish Kumar, Amit Anand, Sikandar Yadavendu, Ashutosh Kumar-1, Roshan Kumar, Manish Prakash, Ashutosh Kumar-2 have been named as accused in the chargesheet filed by the CBI.

Apart from this, the names of Akhilesh Kumar, Awadhesh Kumar, Anurag Yadav, Abhishek Kumar, Shivnandan Kumar and Ayush Raj are also included in the list of accused. The CBI said in the charge sheet that it has so far arrested a total of 40 accused in this case, out of which 15 have been arrested by Bihar Police and searches have been conducted at 58 places.
